Yates Kitchen catered our wedding party for 150 people on the hottest day of the year. Both the food and the service were impeccable and exceeded all expectations. So many guests commented on the quality of the Caribbean buffet, with one observing that this was just the sort of food everyone wants at a wedding and rarely gets. The mutton and jerk chicken were literally falling off the bone. Hazel and her team worked tirelessly all day and evening. They answered my many questions with a smile and were unflappable and professional throughout. My only regret is that I was too busy talking to eat more salt fish fritters!
