The team were a joy to partner with from planning to the end of the actual day. Very professional, punctual and made the feeding of 50 people appear seamless. What a find! I stumbled upon Yates Kitchen by chance after a Google search, and I am so glad that I did. I was looking for an authentic Caribbean caterer for my father's garden party and my local restaurants were just not up to scratch. What a breath of fresh air Hazel and her team were! From start to finish our experience was fantastic. The tram arrived in good time to set up, which they did calmly and without disturbance to the party going on around them. And this despite the challenging location of a marquee with no running water nearby, and limited options for electricity. Nothing fazed them, and all was sorted. And so to the food. Well, what can I say? Having been raised eating Jamaican food cooked by mum and grandma I can genuinely say that Hazel's food was every bit as good. Fresh ingredients, just the right spice level and not at all oily. Leftovers were packaged as take aways for guests, nothing was wasted. Really , really couldn't fault the service I have to say. A huge thank you to all at Yates Kitchen for all that they did to make dad's event one to remember.
